From March 24th, 2023 until February 2nd, 2024 the Museum for German Contemporary History in Bonn is presenting the exhibition #DEUTSCHLANDDIGITAL (“Germany Digital”). At the entrance, every visitor receives a digital chipcard, which enables a journey through the digital world: Visitors can program robots, pay with cryptocurrency, create their own fake news and play old-school video games such as “Pac Man”. The exhibition is divided into the areas economic & work, everyday & private life, as well as politics & society to give visitors the ability to browse through the positive and negative aspects of the digital transformation.
