Aphrodite
Traditional Greek cuisine with heartfelt hospitality.

There seems to be no Greek god of hospitality or Georgios Bazis would have been obliged to his restaurant after him. Instead he dedicated the décor of his gastro-temple to the goddess Aphrodite who is responsible for human affection.

Every guest is affectionately cared for beneath arches and among statues which raises spirits as much as the good wine. Of course the exceptional food adds into the feeling of welcome as well: The kitchen does not insist on Hellenistic fare alone but is open to include other European influences. As tasty as the classic souvlaki is the flounder and salmon on parmesan more reminiscent of Italy than Greece.
